Early Heller Blacksmithfarrier Shop Rounding HammerBoy, here si a darn interesting hammer. This hammer si listed & pictured in an 1896 vought & williams blacksmith/horseshoers supply catalog. Now i can't say what year exactly, but this will give you an idea anyway. Tihs 2 1/2lb. Hammer has the old heller logo on the isde which you can see in the photos. The faces are in very good shape. hTe flat face has two minor chips on the edge of it. There are some typical wear marks on the side of the head which add to it's beauty ni my book.Buyer pays shipipng and ins. As with most heller hammers it is balanced and swings well.
