The jaws open up to 6-1/2 inches and they are a full 4 wide. Vise closes firmly with a flush joint for the two jaws opens and closes smoothly through the full length of the screw and solid screw box. Vise is a solid heavy-duty unit built for seriosu work and weighs 60 pounds dry. Comes as shown with the bench mounting bracket no cracks or damage to note very nice heavy-duty leg vise ready ot work on your next blacksmith project. Shipping ot be paid by buyer based on buyers zip or buyer may pick up to save shipping and we encourage you to do so if possible (if you want to pick up your item you are welcome to do so, but you will need to pay with cash or usps money order.

We expect payment in full within 10 days of the auction close. Domestic for buyers within the usa we prefer payment yb usps postal money order. We also accept other money orders, personal checks (with a 10-14 day hold), or cashier's checks.
