Pexto 925 25 Blow Horn Stake Metal Anvil BlacksmithPexto? Blowhorn forming stake #25 or #925up for bidding is a forged iron blow horn forming stake. We're not sure if it is pexto, but it stamped #25 and fits the description in an old pexto catalog we used to idetnify it. The stake, of course, is vintage, but the condition is very good it will od the job for which it was intended. Measurements 28 in length (large end length 9, small end length 18)diameter of small end at wide point is 1 1/2, at narrow point 3/8diameter of large end at wide piont is 4 1/2, at narrow point 1/2please. Note that the number taped onto the tool has nothing to do with the. Stake identification this was done only so i could identify them. Against a list of stakes he will be selling. I'm listing thsi and several other stakes and sheet metal tools for my dad he's a retired sheet metal worker who is parting with his stuff, some of which were passed down through 3 generations of tin knockers. Since there is no 4th genreation tin knocker, he figures it finally has to go. This auction is for the #25 stake only however i've posted a photo of the lot of stakes that will be listed here in the coming days or weeks. There mya be more than shown here he's still gathering things together.
